In our heavy deer pressure area, the only things we've found to be deer proof so far are ferns and hellebores.
ReplyDeleteI would add to that list - mosses, daffodils, and lily of the valley - but alas, no evergreen shrubs.
DeleteI've seen foragers that I follow post about using spruce tips in different ways, but I've not tried them myself—yet.
