For this February 2013 Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day in my garden on the Washington, DC/Silver Spring, MD border (solid USDA zone 7), I have the following in bloom:
- Hellebore
- Winter Jasmine
- Heathers
- Viola
- Primrose
- 'February Gold' Daffodils
- Snowdrops
- Crocus are any day now, but not quite yet. So what is blooming in YOUR garden today?

I have crocuses planted in my lawn that bloom early. The white ones have been blooming for a couple weeks, the yellow ones are blooming now. The purple ones aren't out yet.
Hellebores are blooming. My fave is the Sweet Box (sarcococca) which smells fabulous now.
Bazillions of buds on my Camellia. I'm hoping the deer don't get to it before they bloom.

Daffodils really shine at this time of year!
Happy Garden Bloggers' Bloom Day!

I love the bright yellow of spring. I've got crocus and aconite out at the moment.
Thank you for stopping by Lea, Katie, and WtW. Yellow is definitely an uplifting sight after this weary winter.
